Detectives Grover and Tray present their latest findings to the Chief of Police. Tracing Hector Elandos’ movements after he left Mipple City they discovered that he had returned to Mipple City under the name of Lopez. Anxious to solve the Bonner case, Gover wants to pull him in, but Chief Bowza insists that they gather more information before tangling with the powerful Elandos. Omaha bids farewell to Mipple City and the shattered Chuck and remains uncertain about her feelings and whether or not she wants to abandon her new friends or remain with the old ones.
