Omaha’s friend Shelley (also a dancer) brings her to a secret sub-basement of Charlie’s Restaurant. Both restaurant and basement are owned by mad tycoon Charles Tabey. he wants to open an undercover bistro for the political elite where Anything Goes, and he wants Omaha to dance for its grand opening where she will be paid a high fee.
