While Doll torments and eludes Wiley Waxman, she continues to delight and enflame the men who find themselves in possession of her. This time she becomes the perfect model for artist Blue Burdick and continues to drive poor Dhapa into crazed degradation and abandonment of the spiritual life.
The story goes on as Doll finds herself pulled more and more deeply into a strand urban surreality.
The lack of response to Doll #4, #5 and #6 led Colwell to question whether or not to continue the series, even though it was still selling well.
