In their newly purchased duplex Omaha and Chuck talk about the future while rising to greet a new day. Omaha exercises to get limber and prepare for a dancing job with the Herd and for other potential jobs in Mipple City while at the same time questioning the legitimacy of being a stripper. Chuck assure her that she isn’t a bad influence on men’s morals and reminds her that she always has qualms when starting a new job. Later he admits to himself that while he loves Omaha he doesn’t really understand her. The two leave for breakfast.
