The central character, the ultra relaistic, plastic and reubber sex surrogate given the name Doll by her creators visited upon the helplessly horny men of the world. After being stolen in #5 by Eddie Boy she begins an odyssey through a world in which she possesses an remarkable talent for bringout out the dark and violent side of male sexuality.
Instead of being safely locked away in the perpetual embrace of Evergood, she is out there causing sex, murder and mayhem to transpire as she is passed from hand to hand. Waxman will search and search for her, convinced now that she is an evil force that must be detroyed. Her continuing story, in this and future issues, explores the horror and humor of human sexuality.
This issue, the misnamed “Celebate” (celebate means to eschew marriage, Chastity, the avoidance of sex, would have been a better title), Dhapa, member of a cult which avoids sex, is hypnotized by Doll’s charms into breaking his vows, enticing other cult members into having sex and finally a group of them leave the cult and a chaste lifestyle to become hedonistic punks.
