On the heels of Larry Todd’s special edition, Dr. Atomic’s Marijuana Multiplier, comes the fourth issue of the regular series, subtitled The Pipe and Dope Book. Of the two pot-based publications, this is probably the more useful tome for today’s pot enthusiasts, as it contains some timeless information and advice about the consumption and cultivation of marijuana and instructions for the construction of complex smoking devices. Like Marijuana Multiplier, there may be more up-to-date publications about pot and dope, but this remains a fascinating and educational textbook for the stoner set.
